If you are a volunteer for a home meet, please check in at the following times:

Your start time is determined by the assigned role:

• Meet set-up 4 to 4:15 p.m.
• Concessions 4:15 to 4:30 p.m.
• Kid pushers between 4:45 and 5 p.m.
• Everyone else at 5:30 p.m.

Failure to check in by your designated time may result in non-credit for volunteering.  Please be on time and do not leave until all volunteer duties have been fulfilled (i.e. as a kid pusher you must stay until the end of the meet).

Volunteers for away meets must check in 5:15 p.m.

There is a volunteer meeting at the beginning of every meet that brings together the meet volunteers from both teams (timers, place judges, etc.).  Attendance at that meeting is expected and critical for all volunteers.
